Objective The Judiciary is undertaking a Job Analysis Exercise to accurately reflect the evolving roles and responsibilities, including career progression pathways. The exercise will help in harmonisation of job descriptions, workforce planning and enhancement of the staff establishment, and job evaluation and grading. The purpose of the questionnaire is to obtain current information on the job you perform. Since you know the duties and responsibilities you perform better than anyone else, we need your help to get an accurate description of them. The questionnaire does NOT ask about your job performance; only what the job requires you to do. All answers will be treated confidentially and will be used solely to develop job descriptions and carry out an evaluation of the job.
