E-Filing System Gap Analysis

External Stakeholder Survey

The Judiciary is undertaking a Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) initiative under the Social Transformation through Access to Justice (STAJ) framework, aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of the e-filing and case tracking system. This initiative seeks to review and redesign court processes to improve efficiency, reduce delays, and enhance service delivery, particularly in light of existing workflows that continue to reflect manual processes.

This survey collects critical feedback on the performance and usability of the E-Filing System. Its objective is to identify existing gaps, challenges, and areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, accessibility, and overall user experience.

Note: Sections display automatically based on your selected respondent category.
